Richard (Ricky) A.Vitanovec is the Founder and Executive Director of Crashbox Theatre Company. He is also the Theatre Teacher, Director, and Designer at Easton Middle School and the Theatre Director and Designer at Easton High School. Ricky has obtained  a B.A. in Theatre with a double concentration in Acting and Directing, a teaching certificate. an M.A. in Theatre Production, and the terminal degree in Theatre, an M.F.A. in Theatre Arts. Over the past sixteen years, Ricky has directed over 35 shows including West Side Story, Mary Poppins, Hello, Dolly!, Peter Pan, Kiss Me, Kate, Beauty and the Beast, and Romeo and Juliet. Ricky has been seen locally on stage in Little Shop of Horrors, Heart and Music—a benefit for the Shore's  Behavioral Health and Rape Crisis Center, Mary Poppins, Noises Off, Annie, Cabaret, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Godspell, Rocky Horror, Live!, and Sylvia.

Andrea Stewart Davis directs the Warrior Chorale and is the theater arts instructor at Easton High School in Easton, MD. Additionally, she is the artistic director of the Smyrna Singers, through the Smyrna Opera House, in Smyrna, Delaware. Mrs. Davis made her international performance debut at Lake Como, Italy, and recently conducted internationally at the Delaware Choral Academy in Aix-en-Provence, France. She received her Master of Music and Bachelors of Music from the University of Delaware while studying under Dr. Paul Head and continues to pursue vocal performance with Ms. Kathryn Armour. She resides in Camden, Delaware, with her husband Stephen, daughter, and their two dogs, Peanut and Butter.

Erinne Lewis is a choreographer and performer earning her degree in Musical Theatre and Dance from Bowie State University. Erinne has previously choreographed and performed with various companies and troupes across the D.C., MD, VA and DelMarVa regions. Erinne can currently be found teaching choreography at multiple studios, schools and events along the Eastern Shore. Erinne would like to thank her family and friends for continuously supporting her as she leaves her mark on the world.
